Nagoya University | Ecotopia Science Institute
In 1965, Japan's first 500,000 volt electron microscope was installed at the School of Science. This was followed by a 1,000,000 volt electron microscope installed at the School of Engineering in 1972 and a 1,250,000 volt ultra-high voltage electron microscope in 1982. We continually engage in research and development using the latest equipment and technology.
